The GlyphStream Enterprise Data Server product line consists of two key components: the Transaction Data Manager (TDM) and the Business Process Modules (BPM). While the TDM works in the background handling all of the communication and data interfaces between the clients and the enterprise data environment, the Business Process Modules provide the functional front-end to seamlessly communicate with your enterprise data environment.
Our standard GlyphStream EDS Business Process Modules offer a "complete packaged solution" -- right out of the box. For many of our clients, this means that the functionality contained in each module will fill their enterprise data access needs as is. However, we recognize that every operation is different and so we’ve intentionally designed each BPM to be easily and cost-effectively customized to meet your specific requirements.
